Product care: Polystone should be cleaned immediately if spills occur to avoid stains which are not covered by the warranty. Polystone is sensitive to acidic substances. Grease and dirt may also cause stains and damage the effect of the sealer. Placemats should be used with very hot or cold items to avoid condensation from prolonged exposure. Patina is to be expected due to the mix of natural materials
If deep scratches occur, the Polystone will be exposed, in this case, a professional repair is recommended
We recommend that all outdoor furniture is covered or stored under cover if left outside for long periods of time or during the winter months
